Ruffing’s Board is composed of members of the Ruffing community with a goal of broad representation from many constituencies. The importance of the Board cannot be understated as it is the Board that defines the mission of the school and creates the strategy that the administration of the school will follow to achieve organizational goals. The Board accepts fiduciary responsibility for all school property and for the long-term welfare of the school, and for monitoring and evaluating the institution’s success in achieving its goals and mission.
