Nivi Engineer
President A Cleveland native, Nivi earned her BA in English from Case Western Reserve University and her Master's in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. She works part time as a sofware engineer for Boundless Flight, Inc. Her three sons all attend Ruffing - Siddharth will be in 3rd grade in Dave Kosky's class, which Shivam and Suryan will both be in Patty DelaCruz's class in the fall (Shivam as an extended day student, Suryan in his first year). In her free time, Nivi likes to remember what it was like to have free time (at red lights while driving her kids to soccer and baseball practice; visiting her parents and in-laws; chilling in front of the television with hubby Rakesh), and support our Cleveland sports teams! Having served the last year on the Board, Nivi has amassed a wealth of PA experience.
Doug Fleck
VP/Volunteer Coordinator
Doug is a native of northeastern Ohio. Raised in Painesville, he attended Case Western Reserve University for his undergraduate and medical degrees. He completed his pediatric training at Akron Children's Hospital, serving as the Chief Pediatric Resident. He is a full-time pediatrician working with Senders Pediatrics in South Euclid. His 6-year old son, David, will be making the transition this year to the Lower Elementary 1st grade from Erin Mandalfino's All Day Childrens House. In his free time, he likes to write self-biographies (kidding!), stay up on pop culture, be a Lebron Witness and use the Wii Fit to embarrass himself in front of his son.
Steve Paulini
Treasurer
Born in the Canal Zone of Panama, Steve was raised in Rochester, New York. He has a BA in Environmental Design from the University of Buffalo, but decided a desk job wasn't for him, and now drives a huge bus with wings for Continental Express. Steve and his wife Susan have three boys: Alex, who will be a third grader in Dave Kosky's class, and twins Coleman and Baxter, who will be first year students in Children's House. In his free time (what's free time??) Steve enjoys running on hotel treadmills, dining in airport food courts and occasionally sleeping past 7am – but don't tell Susan he ever has that luxury!!! Steve is looking forward to his new role as Treasurer of the Parent Association.
Michelle Anselmo

Michelle earned her BA from Marquette University and her JD from CWRU, and is a partner at Baker Hostetler law firm practicing employment litigation. She and husband Victor are the proud parents of daughters Nora (Middle School) and Claire (Upper El). In her free time she likes to modge podge and tell fortunes.
Ramesh Belli
Technology Chair
Ramesh is from Chennai, India and has been in Cleveland for the past 19 years. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from India, but switched to Computers and has been working in the IT Field for the last 12 years as a Consultant and Senior Programmer Analyst. Currently, Ramesh works at Associate Software Consultant Inc. in Middleburg Heights as a Programmer Analyst using Java Technology. He has good experience in Relational Databases (Mysql, MsSql, Oracle and Sybase) and loves programming. Ramesh has two sons, Deepak and Varun, and Deepak is in fourth grade in Bob's class. In his leisure time, Ramesh likes to play tennis, watch basketball, baseball and golf.
Melissa Gleeson
Secretary
Born and raised in Westfield, NJ, Melissa moved to Cleveland to attend John Carroll University where she earned a BS in Sociology. She fell in love with Cleveland and decided to stay, and went on to get a Masters in Social Work from Cleveland State University. Melissa currently works part time as an admissions counselor at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine. Melissa’s oldest son Henry (6) attends Ruffing. She is also kept busy keeping up after her daughter Phoebe (4) and son Oliver (1). In her free time Melissa loves to run, hike, bike, go to museums, travel, read and eat out usually accompanied by her husband Mathew.
