Toddler Community

Ruffing’s Toddler Community is a nurturing Montessori classroom for children ages 18-36 months. Providing a “home away from home,” our youngest children can learn and grow individually, while also participating in cooperative group play and lessons with other children.

Children’s House

Ruffing's Children’s House classrooms engage children in a true learning community. Each Children’s House classroom is multi-aged, with children ages 3 – 6 years old (pre-school through kindergarten) working together and learning from one another.

Lower Elementary & Upper Elementary

Ruffing’s Lower Elementary is a three-year academic program for children ages 6-9 years old in grades 1, 2, and 3. Ruffing’s Upper Elementary is for children ages 9-12 years old in grades 4, 5, and 6.

Middle School

The Ruffing Middle School is a dynamic academic environment for 7th and 8th year students. Small class sizes foster close relationships with teachers and are participatory, often conducted in Socratic seminar format, allowing for the exchange of ideas.
